Protein Balls

This is the perfect substitute to satisfy your sweet tooth! A healthy snack packed with ingredients that are good for you!

Ready in 10 minutes | Makes 12 servings  

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter (I like Jif’s version)

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/3 cup Protein Powder of choice

  • 1/3 cup Flaxseed Mill

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

  • 2 tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Add in protein powder, flaxseed, oats, chocolate chips and chia seeds. Mix until well combined.

  3. Form into 12-14 balls and place in airtight container. Store in refridgerator for up to 1 week, or the freezer for a month.
